We do more than diagnose at Cresco: we listen, we explain, and we ensure every young person leaves with a clear path forward. This isn't just a clinic. It's the support system children, their families and circles of support, really deserve.
Cresco is part of Care ADHD: a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving access to neurodevelopmental care across the UK.
It began with a simple question: what if gold-standard ADHD care could be delivered without the long wait times or hefty private price tag that excludes so many?

Professor Tim Kendall
Chair
Tim brings decades of leadership at the highest levels of mental health care and innovation. As a former Director with the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health and now National Clinical Lead for new models of mental health care, Tim is consistently at the forefront of system change, policy impact and service improvement.
Dr. Chris Abbott
Chief Medical Officer
Chris is a seasoned medical professional and strategic leader with a track record of shaping innovative healthcare services. As Chief Medical Officer, he brings intellectual rigour, clinical insight and a strong focus on governance and quality improvement. Chris is highly valued for his ability to lead change, foster high-performing teams and keep patient-centred excellence at the heart of his work.
Mark Pattison
CEO
An experienced former NHS Service Director, Mark has worked across South London and Suffolk overseeing complex mental health services with budgets exceeding £60 million and teams of more than 1,000 staff. With clear leadership, and operational discipline, Mark is a committed advocate for safe, effective and compassionate care.
Bobby Pratap
Deputy CEO
Bobby brings 20 years of local and national experience in the healthcare sector. He previously served as Head of Mental Health for NHS England and most recently, as a Director at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Bobby brings keen strategic insight, calm leadership and a deeply felt drive to improve mental health services at scale.
Kat Frize
Chief Operating Officer
Kat is a strategic leader who blends operational excellence with empathy to deliver service excellence at Cresco and Care ADHD. With deep experience in health and care settings, she is committed to putting teams, quality and continuous improvement at the heart of operations, delivering high quality, accessible services that transform lives for those living with ADHD.
